First you clean the trach with a wipe
Next you suction
Then take out the trach
Inspect it carefully & put a new one in, not the same one like I did. Mom wouldn't give me a new one.

Argg, I left the flash on fill, and not red eye. Justice came in the living room this morning and started doing it on his own, I grabbed the camera & he decided to do a teaching demonstration.
TOO CUTE!!! My boys are wanting to do that to with ther isiter, Jordan. I haven't let them yet and not sure if I want them to or not. But those are some good pics.
