Look at that handsome man. Justice started karate a little bit ago & has been doing very well. He got his self-defense stripe & is working on his form stripe at this time. We had to miss a few days recently but should be back in the swing of things next week. It has been hard work & lots of pt with karate (Taekwondo) but he is sticking with it & doing all his exercises & practicing.
Justice is enjoying his summer. He has learned that garage sales are fun. Ok, I made it fun. He earns some change by doing some chores around the house & can buy his own junk (toys) when we are out. It has been an awesome way to teach him the value of money, how much stuff costs & how much work it takes to earn. We still have quite a bit of summer left to plan more fun stuff than just garage sales, so I will post as we venture out.
Justice's birthday is tomorrow. He wants to go to Chuck-E-Cheeses, so thats where we will be for dinner-YUM? and we got him the DS game system he has been asking for, I cant wait to see how surprised he is. He will be having a "school friends party" next weekend. I asked Mike to call family, if you have not got a call yet, message me or call if you would like to come by for cake. It is an informal small cake only party. I think I have been a bit overwhelmed lately so I just planned a few small parties instead of the big July 4th party as usual. Hope thats ok, I know things are last minute & that is not like me, but we have had a lot happening here & I wanted to make sure justice has a good birthday. Family is all out & about this summer on both sides so we are working with what we can. Hope everyone is enjoying your summer as well. I will keep better updates as I can.
